Fee Schedule: 1.25% of your unpaid principle balance due for GSE loans (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac) and 1.5% for non-GSE Loans. Minimum fee is $4,000. Example, if you owe $500,000 on your mortgage and it is owned by Fannie Mae, our fee would be $6,250.
